Candle Refills

Your bowl was always meant to be kept. When the candle is finished, a refill gives it the next one: hand-poured soy wax, shaped to sit inside the bowl you already own.

How a refill works

  1. Finish. When your candle reaches its last centimetre of wax, put it out and let the bowl cool completely.
  2. Clean. Freeze the bowl for a few hours, lift out the remaining wax, wipe with a warm, soapy, damp cloth and dry it thoroughly.
  3. Place. Set the refill into the bowl so it sits flat and level, with the wicks upright.
  4. Light. Trim the wicks to 5 mm, set the bowl on a heat-resistant, non-flammable tray and light. Let the first burn reach the edge.

There is nothing to melt and nothing to pour. The refill arrives as a single piece, ready to place.

  • Hand-poured vegan soy wax, 80 to 100 g, moulded to fit your Foxwood & Bramble bowl
  • Wicks already set in place
  • Dried botanicals pressed into the surface
  • A band carrying the safety, ingredient and allergen information for your fragrance

Each refill is wrapped for the journey and sent in a mailer that can go in your recycling.

Using your refill safely

  • Use refills only inside a Foxwood & Bramble bowl that is empty, clean, dry and at room temperature.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets and things that can catch fire.
  • Burn for no more than 2 to 3 hours at a time, and stop when 1 cm of wax remains.
  • Keep the band from your refill. It carries the safety information for your fragrance.
