All Foxwood & Bramble candles are hand-crafted in small batches, using natural materials. As a result:

• slight variations in colour, finish, wood grain, and botanical elements are natural and should be expected
• no two pieces are identical, and these variations are part of the character and craftsmanship of the product

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

• colours and textures may appear differently depending on your device and screen settings
• imagery is intended as a guide and may not reflect exact real-life appearance

Burn time guidance is provided as an estimate and may vary depending on usage, environment, and care.

We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS 

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us and payment has been processed.

Please check your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations once it has been accepted.

• decorative elements (such as dried botanicals) should be removed before full burn where instructed
• candles should always be placed on a heat-resistant surface
• candles must never be left unattended while lit
