Saffron Hour
Feels like Leo season, basking in attention
Bergamot first, sharp and impatient, gone almost immediately. Then saffron three threads to a flower, gathered by hand before dawn, arriving warm and gold and unhurried, softened by rose geranium into something close to skin. Beneath it, cedar and vetiver run dry and dark, the quiet part that stays behind. Saffron Hour is the hour between deciding and leaving. It is not a scent that asks to be noticed. It simply is!
